照伴 Care Companion 隱私權政策

「照伴 Care Companion」（以下稱本服務）是由 PatientsForce 照伴隨（采鋐健康整合集團）（以下稱我們）提供的健康促進服務，透過 LINE 官方帳號（照伴隨）與會員網站，協助您整理個人穿戴裝置數據、量測紀錄與長期照顧需求，並由照護團隊提供關懷與建議。本政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用、保存與保護您的個人資料，以及您可行使的權利。使用本服務前請先閱讀；連結 Garmin Connect™ 帳號或送出資料，即表示您同意本政策。

一、我們蒐集哪些資料

二、我們如何使用這些資料

  • 提供個人化健康儀表板、每週健康摘要與依臨床實證產生的健康促進建議（AI 產生的內容為健康促進參考，不具醫療診斷效力）。
  • 讓您授權的照護團隊（個管師、護理師、管理人員）進行個案管理、關懷提醒、回診報告製作與運動處方安排。
  • 判讀您傳送的量測儀器照片並記錄數值，供您與照護團隊追蹤。
  • 提供長期照顧 3.0 申請資格與補助試算，並在您同意時由長照專員與您聯繫。
  • 維護服務安全、稽核操作紀錄、除錯與改善服務品質。以去識別化方式進行統計分析。

我們不會將您的個人資料出售或提供給第三方作行銷用途。

三、Garmin 資料的蒐集、使用、處理與儲存

本節說明本服務作為 Garmin Connect Developer Program 合作應用程式，如何處理您透過 Garmin Health API 與 Garmin Training API 分享的資料。英文版請見 Garmin Data (English)。

3.1 我們蒐集哪些 Garmin 資料、如何蒐集

  • 授權方式：您在會員網站按「連結 Garmin Connect™ 帳號」後，會被導向 Garmin Connect™ 的授權頁面，由您決定同意分享哪些資料類別。本服務不會取得、也不會要求您的 Garmin 帳號密碼。
  • 傳送方式：授權完成後，Garmin 以 Garmin Health API 的推播通知（Push／Ping）把您授權類別的新資料主動傳送到本服務的伺服器；連結時本服務會向 Garmin 要求回補最近 30 天的資料。本服務只接收您勾選同意的類別。
  • 資料類別：每日摘要（步數、距離、活動時間、熱量、中高強度分鐘、樓層、全日心率含每 15 秒心率樣本、安靜心率、壓力分數、Body Battery™ 增減）、睡眠（時長、階段、睡眠分數、睡眠呼吸速率、睡眠血氧）、脈搏血氧、壓力細節與 Body Battery™ 曲線、心率變異（HRV）、體組成（體重、BMI、體脂率、肌肉量、骨量、水分；來自 Garmin 體重計）、血壓（來自 Garmin 血壓計）、VO2max 與體能年齡。
  • 帳號資訊：Garmin API 使用者識別碼（userId）、您的授權權限清單，以及用來向 Garmin 取得資料的存取憑證（access／refresh token）。

3.2 我們如何使用 Garmin 資料

  • 在會員網站儀表板與 LINE 健康摘要中顯示您的數據、趨勢圖表與統計。
  • 以規則引擎與 AI 依臨床實證產生健康促進洞察與建議（產出內容會標示「部分依據 Garmin 裝置數據」）。
  • 供您授權的照護團隊進行個案管理、風險分級、關懷提醒與回診報告（可列印成 PDF 交給您的醫師）。
  • 依照護團隊為您開立的運動處方，經 Garmin Training API 把訓練課表寫入您的 Garmin Connect™ 帳號（僅在您於 Garmin 授權「匯入訓練」權限時才會發生）。
  • 我們不會把 Garmin 資料用於廣告、出售、交換，也不會用於訓練任何 AI 模型。

3.3 誰會處理您的 Garmin 資料（第三方與 AI 服務）

  • 本服務營運者的照護團隊：個管師、護理師與管理人員依角色權限存取；個管師只能看到被指派的個案。所有存取與變更都留有稽核紀錄。
  • Google Cloud（Google LLC）—基礎設施與 AI 處理服務：本服務部署於 Google Cloud Run（台灣 asia-east1 區域），資料庫備份與量測照片存於 Google Cloud Storage，金鑰以 Secret Manager 保護。AI 健康洞察與回診摘要使用 Google Cloud Vertex AI 上的 Gemini 模型處理：送交模型的是去識別化的 Garmin 數據摘要（不含姓名、LINE ID、Email、電話），Google 依 Vertex AI 的資料處理條款處理，且不會用您的資料訓練模型。
  • LINE（LY Corporation）—訊息傳遞：本服務透過 LINE Messaging API 與 LINE Login 把健康摘要（含由 Garmin 數據計算出的步數、安靜心率、睡眠、壓力等數值與建議）推送到您的 LINE 帳號；訊息傳遞過程受 LINE 隱私權政策規範。
  • Garmin：僅在您授權「匯入訓練」時，本服務會把運動處方（訓練課表）寫回您的 Garmin Connect™ 帳號；除此之外本服務不會把任何資料回傳 Garmin。
  • 除上述對象外，我們不會把您的 Garmin 資料分享、出售或提供給任何其他第三方。若未來要變更 AI 或資料處理服務供應商，我們會先更新本節內容，並依 Garmin Connect Developer Program 的要求向 Garmin 提交並取得書面核准後才實施。

3.4 儲存地點、安全與保存期限

  • Garmin 資料儲存於 Google Cloud 台灣（asia-east1）區域的資料庫；傳輸全程使用 TLS 加密，靜態儲存與備份亦加密。Garmin 存取憑證存放於資料庫獨立的機密欄位，不會顯示在任何介面，也不會出現在紀錄檔中。
  • 保存期間：自您授權起，保存至您解除連結、要求刪除或終止服務為止。解除連結後我們立即停止接收新資料並刪除 Garmin 憑證；您要求刪除帳號時，我們會刪除您的 Garmin 歷史資料，資料庫每日備份副本最長保留 90 天後自動刪除。

3.5 您對 Garmin 資料的控制權

  • 撤銷授權：您隨時可在 Garmin Connect™ 帳號設定的「已連結的應用程式」中移除本服務，或在會員網站「Garmin Connect™ 帳號連結」按「解除連結」。本服務收到 Garmin 的取消註冊通知（User Deregistration）後會立即標記連線失效並停止處理該帳號的資料。
  • 調整分享範圍：您在 Garmin Connect™ 變更授權給本服務的資料類別時，Garmin 會傳送權限變更通知（User Permission Change），本服務會即時更新並只處理您仍同意的類別。
  • 查詢、更正、刪除：依個人資料保護法，您可透過第九節的聯絡方式請求查詢、複本、更正或刪除您的 Garmin 資料；我們會在 15 個工作日內回覆。

3.6 商標與免責

Garmin、Garmin Connect 及 Body Battery 為 Garmin Ltd. 或其子公司之商標。本服務由我們獨立營運，並非 Garmin 的產品或服務；Garmin 對本服務的內容與建議不負任何責任。穿戴裝置數據為健康促進與篩檢參考，不具醫療診斷效力。

Garmin Data — Collection, Use, Processing and Storage (English)

This is the English version of Section 3 for Garmin Connect Developer Program review. Both language versions are intended to have the same meaning.

What we collect and how

  • Authorization. When you tap “Connect Garmin Connect™ account”, you are redirected to the Garmin Connect™ consent page, where you choose which data categories to share. We never receive or ask for your Garmin password.
  • Delivery. After authorization, Garmin sends newly available data for the categories you approved to our server via Garmin Health API push/ping notifications. On connection we request a backfill of the last 30 days. We only receive the categories you approved.
  • Data categories. Daily summaries (steps, distance, active time, calories, moderate/vigorous intensity minutes, floors, all-day heart rate including 15-second samples, resting heart rate, stress score, Body Battery™ charge/drain), sleep (duration, stages, sleep score, sleep respiration, sleep SpO2), pulse ox, stress details and Body Battery™ curve, heart-rate variability (HRV), body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration; from Garmin scales), blood pressure (from Garmin blood pressure monitors), VO2max and fitness age.
  • Account information. Your Garmin API user ID, the list of permissions you granted, and the access/refresh tokens used to retrieve data from Garmin.

How we use Garmin data

  • To display your data, trend charts and statistics in the member dashboard and in LINE health summaries.
  • To generate evidence-based health-promotion insights with a rules engine and AI (outputs are labelled “Insights derived in part from Garmin device-sourced data”).
  • To let the care team you authorized manage your case, assess risk, send reminders and prepare visit reports (printable PDF for your physician).
  • To write exercise prescriptions (workouts) created by your care team into your Garmin Connect™ account via the Garmin Training API, only when you granted the “workout import” permission.
  • We do not use Garmin data for advertising, sell or trade it, or use it to train any AI model.

Who processes Garmin data (third parties and AI services)

  • The operator’s care team (case managers, nurses, administrators) with role-based access; case managers see only assigned members. All access and changes are audit-logged.
  • Google Cloud (Google LLC) — infrastructure and AI processing: the service runs on Google Cloud Run in Taiwan (asia-east1); database backups and measurement photos are stored in Google Cloud Storage; secrets are protected by Secret Manager. AI health insights and visit summaries are generated with Gemini models on Google Cloud Vertex AI. Only de-identified Garmin data summaries (no name, LINE ID, e-mail or phone) are sent to the model; Google processes them under the Vertex AI data-processing terms and does not use your data to train models.
  • LINE (LY Corporation) — messaging: health summaries (including values derived from Garmin data such as steps, resting heart rate, sleep and stress, plus recommendations) are delivered to your LINE account through the LINE Messaging API and LINE Login; delivery is governed by LINE’s privacy policy.
  • Garmin: only if you granted the workout-import permission, we write exercise prescriptions back to your Garmin Connect™ account. No other data is sent to Garmin.
  • Garmin data is not shared with, sold to or provided to any other third party. Any future change of AI or data-processing provider will be reflected in this section first and submitted to Garmin for written approval, as required by the Garmin Connect Developer Program, before implementation.

Storage, security and retention

  • Garmin data is stored in a database in the Google Cloud Taiwan (asia-east1) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including backups. Garmin access tokens are kept in a separate secret column, are never shown in any interface and never written to logs.
  • Retention: from authorization until you disconnect, request deletion or leave the service. After disconnection we immediately stop receiving new data and delete the Garmin tokens; when you request account deletion we delete your historical Garmin data, and daily database backup copies are automatically deleted after at most 90 days.

Your control over Garmin data

  • Revoke. At any time you can remove this service under “Connected apps” in your Garmin Connect™ account settings, or tap “Disconnect” under “Garmin Connect™ account” in the member site. When Garmin sends a User Deregistration notification, we immediately mark the connection inactive and stop processing that account’s data.
  • Change scope. When you change the permissions granted to this service in Garmin Connect™, Garmin sends a User Permission Change notification and we immediately restrict processing to the categories you still allow.
  • Access, correction, deletion. Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your Garmin data via the contact in Section 9; we respond within 15 business days.

Garmin, Garmin Connect and Body Battery are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. This service is operated independently by us and is not a Garmin product; Garmin is not responsible for its content or recommendations. Wearable data is provided for health promotion and screening and is not a medical diagnosis.

四、其他資料的保存地點、期間與委外處理

  • 所有資料儲存於 Google Cloud 台灣（asia-east1）區域，傳輸與備份均加密。LINE 憑證與 API 金鑰以 Secret Manager 保護，不會顯示於任何介面。
  • 量測照片判讀同樣使用 Google Cloud Vertex AI（Gemini）於 Google Cloud 內處理，資料不用於訓練模型。
  • LINE 訊息的傳送與接收使用 LY Corporation 的 Messaging API 與 LINE Login 服務，受 LINE 隱私權政策規範。
  • 資料保存至您終止服務或要求刪除為止；操作稽核紀錄依內部稽核需要至多保存五年。量測照片保存於受存取控管的雲端儲存空間，您可要求刪除。

五、您的權利

依個人資料保護法，您可以查詢、閱覽、請求複本、補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理利用，以及請求刪除您的個人資料。您可在會員網站解除 Garmin Connect™ 連結，或透過下方聯絡方式提出請求；我們會在 15 個工作日內回覆。刪除帳號時，我們會一併呼叫 Garmin 的取消註冊介面，終止資料分享。

六、Cookie 與登入狀態

本服務僅使用維持登入狀態所必要的加密 Cookie，不使用第三方追蹤或廣告 Cookie。

七、未成年人

本服務以成年人為對象。未滿 18 歲者應由法定代理人同意後使用。

八、政策更新

本政策若有重大變更，會於會員網站與 LINE 官方帳號公告；涉及 Garmin 資料的變更，會先提交 Garmin Connect Developer Program 團隊取得書面核准後才實施。持續使用本服務視為同意更新後的內容。
