Sunshine, strawberries and slow time: an employee wellness day that multiplies the warmth of PatientsForce

Unlike the challenge-and-target format of traditional corporate team building, PatientsForce's company day put recharging body and mind ahead of 'team performance'. The 2025 edition was redefined as an Employee Wellness Day — not merely a perk, but a deep expression of a people-first culture, turning sincere gratitude for colleagues into the energy to keep moving forward through a low-pressure, soothing program.

A walk through the tunnel of time: deepening bonds between light and shadow

The itinerary deliberately avoided high-competition group tasks and focused instead on quality time and full restoration.

First stop: Miaoli's famous Gongweixu Tunnel, a 460-meter red-brick tunnel completed in 1903 — more than a century of history.

Away from the office's tight rhythm, colleagues slowed down. In the shifting light, small groups took photos and, more preciously, talked — no hierarchy, just laughter and everyday stories along the trail. The walk embodied the PatientsForce team spirit: whatever the road ahead, we walk it side by side, listening and lighting the way for one another.

Strawberry kingdom: harvesting our own sweetness

Toward noon, the air in Dahu filled with the scent of fruit. Colleagues wove between the rows with little baskets, picking the fruits of their own labor — every smile a shared harvest, like the sweetness we share after hard seasons of work. Each strawberry became the 'berry' best memory of the day.

Lunch was creative Chinese cuisine at a local favorite, Fan Dage Restaurant — with a surprise addition of golden beer paired with fresh strawberries that instantly lifted the room. Every sweet bite became warm nourishment for the team.

Deep relaxation: decompress and recharge

The closing professional massage was what set the day apart from typical team building. It wasn't preparation for the next task — it was the complete release of the strain of desk work and busy schedules. Skilled acupressure and foot massage lifted the weight from shoulders and necks and recharged everyone.

Carrying the PatientsForce spirit forward

This outing was more than a benefit — it was a recharge of the heart. From thoughtful conversations in the tunnel to total relaxation, every stop reflected our culture of 'thriving together'. We carry these memories forward with tighter rapport and renewed spirit, continuing to bring the strength of PatientsForce to the health industry.
